Call for Papers – eHaCON 2026

Researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students are invited to submit original research papers to eHaCON 2026- v2.

Paper Submission Instructions

Authors are invited to submit original, high-quality, and unpublished research papers for eHaCON 2026. All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer-review process.

Paper submission and peer-review will be conducted through Microsoft CMT.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

  • Full paper length: Minimum 10 pages (including references)
  • Template: Springer LNNS Template (Word)
  • File format: Word only
  • Similarity index (Turnitin/Urkund): ≀ 10%

  • Full Paper Submission:
    Submission will be done through the Microsoft CMT submission system.

    Submit Paper via Microsoft CMT

  • All submissions will be checked for plagiarism and AI-generated content similarity using standard academic tools.

  • Double-blind peer review by expert reviewers
  • Evaluation criteria: relevance, originality, technical quality, clarity
  • Camera-ready submission required after acceptance
  • At least one author must register to present

πŸ”’ Double-Blind Submission Guidelines

The conference follows a strict double-blind peer review process. Authors must ensure that their submissions are properly anonymized.

  • Do not include author names, affiliations, or email addresses in the manuscript.
  • Remove acknowledgments, funding information, and any identifying references.
  • Write self-citations in the third person (e.g., β€œSmith et al., 2024”).
  • Remove author information from PDF file metadata.
  • Do not upload a separate title page containing author details.

Author information must be entered only in the Microsoft CMT submission system. Non-anonymized submissions may be returned for correction.

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings by Springer (Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems).
